X-37B Space Plane to land at Vandenberg maybe today

That would make 673 days in orbit.

Impressive! Apparently built to last by Boeing’s Phantom Works division.

A thought just occurred to me…a question, really. Besides the fact that that it’s built by a different division of Boeing, why didn’t they leverage X-37B development for their ISS resupply proposal, instead of going the capsule route via CST-100?

Inquiring minds want to know.
