More info on Philae

They still don’t know where it is, but they have reveal more details on how it got there.

After the first bounce, the lander tumbled at about 1 rev per 13 seconds about the z-axis. About 40 minutes after the first bounce, one of the lander’s legs hit something, probably the lip of a crater, and began tumbling more chaotically. On the second bounce, all three legs hit the surface again, and then it finally landed about 8 minutes later.

That would have been a wild ride, for sure!
